Do you have “calendar junk” - events that are on your calendar, but aren’t really important and make it harder to see what is?
Calendar junk comes from all sorts of places:
- You create an event on your calendar, then someone sends an invite to the same event, creating a duplicate
- You have similar events on multiple calendars, like a vacation on both your personal and Out of Office calendars
- You have holidays or birthdays taking up space, but they aren’t relevant
In most apps, you’re at the mercy of calendar junk. With Pod’s latest release, you can take control by “hiding” any event.
Hiding an event removes it from your schedule without notifying the other participants or affecting the event on their calendars. You can always find the event later in Hidden.

With hiding, you’re the one in control: your calendar reflects your intentions for your day. We think that is how calendar should be.
